Hawk HPS 5.0 HB616B.607 is the front pad shape used with the six-piston Brembo system fitted to the 2024 WRX TR and 2025-2026 WRX tS. The ferro-carbon street compound is intended to add pedal response and fade resistance while retaining predictable modulation and road-friendly noise levels. Hawk requires these pads to be run on iron or steel rotors and bedded to the rotor surface after installation. They also fit the related 2018-2021 STI six-piston application. They are not compatible with standard VB dual-piston front calipers, so the installed brake package must be identified first.
