Mishimoto's MMAI-WRX-22MWBK replaces the factory intake assembly on the 2022+ Subaru WRX. It uses a micro-wrinkle-black aluminum inlet pipe, powder-coated steel airbox, serviceable oiled cone filter, and a wire-reinforced lower hose that resists collapse. The kit retains the factory fresh-air duct and includes the couplers, clamps, and hardware required for a bolt-on installation. Mishimoto designed the MAF housing to maintain safe air-fuel ratios and explicitly states that the intake works with the stock calibration. The manufacturer rates installation as easy and backs the assembly with its lifetime warranty.
