Perrin Solid Brass Shifter Bushing WRX 6MT | PSP-INR-016

PERRIN part PSP-INR-016 replaces the compliant factory bushing at the manual-transmission shifter linkage with a solid brass piece. Removing that deflection can make gear selection feel more direct and reduce side-to-side play, while also allowing more mechanical vibration or sound to reach the lever. PERRIN lists the part for 2015-2026 WRX applications with the six-speed manual shifter. It is not a GT/SPT part: those cars use a different electronic selector and do not have this mechanical linkage bushing. Installation requires access to the shifter cable connection and careful retention of the factory clip and surrounding hardware. This bushing does not shorten the lever throw by itself and should not be confused with a short-shifter assembly or transmission mount.
