Price History
PERRIN's PSP-BRK-300 clutch delay valve delete replaces the restricted factory fitting in the WRX clutch hydraulic circuit. Removing the delay is intended to make clutch engagement track pedal movement more directly and reduce unwanted slip during quick shifts. The part is offered in black and red finishes and is listed for the 2022-2026 WRX with the six-speed manual transmission; it has no application on SPT/CVT cars. Installation opens the clutch hydraulic system, so fluid handling, correct fitting torque, leak inspection, and a complete clutch bleed are mandatory. The change can make engagement feel more immediate and less forgiving, especially for a driver accustomed to the factory damping. It does not change engine power and does not require an ECU calibration.
