The PERRIN PSP-OIL-115 kit adds a front-mounted bar-and-plate engine-oil cooler to the 2022-2026 WRX six-speed manual. A thermostatic filter spacer begins routing oil through the cooler near 85 degrees C, and the complete kit includes the core, stainless mounting brackets, preassembled -10 oil lines, and installation hardware. It is intended for owners who see sustained oil temperatures during track use or other high-load driving, not as a transmission cooler. Installation requires front-bumper removal, oil-filter adapter work, careful line routing, priming, and leak checks; PERRIN specifies approximately one additional quart of engine oil after installation. This PSP-OIL-115 application is manual-transmission only. No ECU calibration is required.
