Process West PWFMIC10 is the complete Stage 1 front-mount intercooler kit with a raw/silver 525 x 350 x 75 mm bar-and-plate core and the required lightweight mandrel-bent charge piping. It moves the intercooler ahead of the radiator for more heat capacity than the factory top mount while retaining the factory crash bar. Process West states that the VB installation requires no bumper cutting; careful pipe alignment and coupler placement are still essential to prevent boost leaks or body contact. This record represents the complete legacy kit, not the separately sold PWFMIC10-core or piping-only packages. An intercooler alone does not inherently require calibration, but any intake, boost-control, turbo, or fueling changes installed with it should follow the tuner's requirements.
