Will mods void my warranty?
Not automatically - that is not how it works. But a tune or any power modification makes a powertrain claim much harder, and the ECU records reflashes even after you return to stock.

Does tuning with ATLAS affect my Subaru warranty?
Yes, exactly as any other ECU flash would. The software you use makes no difference - the ECU records that reflashes occurred, and returning to stock removes the map rather than the history.
